  14. The next section is called “Customise your trip”. Here you can choose to add so optional protection to your trip like Comprehensive Travel Insurance, Cancellation Protection, Visa Denied Service, Delayed and Lost Baggage Protection etc. All of these things are entirely optional. Decide if you want any of these services, tick the ones you do want. Then smash that “Continue” button.
